Shipping policy

All items are sent USPS or UPS and are uninsured. To request insurance for your item, please email us at jessica@asteriaoutpost.com. Asteria Outpost is not responsible for items lost in the mail or stolen items. 

We only ship within the United States, no international shipping at this time. 

For local pickup, please use code "Local Pickup" at checkout and email us to set a pickup time. This will deduct the shipping cost and your order can be picked up locally in Bentonville, AR!

This is a one woman shop, processing is 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you need to rush an order. Shipping costs will be added to rush an order and paid by the customer.
